A post-graduate diploma in Laws from The Law School of Tanzania. An advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Subordinate courts thereto, with a vast experience in Legal litigation and Human resources Management. He as an advocate, he has litigated in various areas of Laws for over 7years,Civil,Criminal and Corporate litigation, to mention but a few. In Human resources Management, he has shared his expertise in the field for over 13years from officer to Managerial level,he has served in a about 20 organisations as an Employee whereas some as a Consultant. He is currently leading Blasb Associates, with about a thousand employees across the Country, some being in-house Employees while others are Outsourced employees.
